Pricing can be customised to suit your requirements

Package #1 – Administration services – £480

      • email management: prioritising, organising

      • calendar management: setting reminders and preparing necessary documents 

      • data entry: updating and maintaining CRM systems

      • file organisation: decluttering, naming, and setting up files for easy access

      • document creation, proofreading and formatting

    Package #2 – Event planning services – £800 

      • budget planning and allocation (for 1-2 events a month)

      • venue sourcing and booking

      • vendor and supplier sourcing and management (caterers, photographers, decorators, etc.)

      • invitation distribution

      • attendee registration and RSVP management

    Package #3 – Project Management services – £800 

      • project scoping and planning

      • budget creation and monitoring

      • progress tracking and status reporting

      • workflow analysis and optimisation

      • cloud-based document and file organisation

    Payment Terms

    Retained hours are invoiced in advance for the month they cover. Work begins once payment is received via bank transfer only (details provided on the invoice).
